How likely are you to recommend Apogee Behavioral Medicine - Greensboro?
What patients say on Google
“I was sent a referral for telehealth. My PCP provided my insurance information, so I didn't have to worry with that. The intake form was thorough, and for the actual appointment, the connection was stable and easy to navigate. I saw Renee Goulding for intake, and she was fabulous. She listened with empathy, and was very professional. I have an appointment with a psychiatrist in a week, that will match me with a therapist after that. I recommend this practice highly, especially if you want telehealth.”
“An absolutely great team of providers here. I can't thank them enough for what they have done for me. I met with Renee Goulding virtually over 3x sessions for my evaluation and my diagnosis. I was then assigned to a local professional, Kimberly Curtain, for medication management. All was done from the comfort of my own home via internet. My insurance took care of the majority of the costs. The team has treated me with dignity and values my input. I highly recommend them.”
“My main issue with Apogee is their apparent strict policies on prescribing certain medications. I understand having strict policies in place, but my psychiatrist at Apogee refused to put me on a very important medication I was on with my previous psychiatrist. I’m having to look for a new psychiatrist who will put me back on it. I was also told at the beginning there are therapists there who specialize in DBT, but was later told there aren’t. Unfortunately this place isn’t a good fit for me, but I’m sure it will work well for some. Staff has been friendly but that’s the only good part of this entire experience for me.”
“These people do not care about patients. Go somewhere else. They have too many systems that do not cooperate with each other. In addition, they do not update their tech. They will make it impossible to join meetings and then tell you to reschedule because it’s past 15 minutes. Nope. I’m done. I’m cutting my losses and leaving you. This has been a bad relationship as this wasn’t the first time it happened. Good riddance. You will be receiving a request to transfer my records.”
